UCSD arrests two for drugs

The Union County Sheriff's Office made yet another drug-related arrest on Friday night, this time for possession of marijuana. This is the third drug bust in the past three weeks.
At approximately 9:35 p.m. on Friday evening, the Union County Sheriff's Office in collaboration with the Liberty Police Department and Indiana State Police executed a search warrant in West College Corner on Harrison Street. According to the media release from Sheriff Dale Dishmond, an ongoing investigation of the residence of Barbra L. Winkler led to a search warrant being obtained.
Two were arrested in the search.
Barbra L. Winkler, age 66, was taken into custody without incident. She is charged with maintaining a common nuisance, dealing in marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Her bond was set at $16,500.
Also at the residence at the time of the search was 20 year old Stephen T. Hannebaum of Oxford, Ohio. Hannebaum was arrested for visiting a common nuisance. His bond was set at $1,500.
