Miller, Donovan, Sanford, Hensley to play in TEC, MEC All-Star games

The inaugural Tri-Eastern Conference vs. Mid-Eastern Conference All-Star games at Northeastern High School are this Saturday, April 14.

Union County’s Mason Miller and Cameron Donovan will play in the Senior game at 8 p.m. Cameron Sanford and Ryan Hensley will play in the Junior game at 6:30 p.m.

“It should be a good night to showcase the local talent,” Patriot coach Jesse Moses said.

Lincoln seven-year coach Rodney Klein will coach the Tri-Eastern Conference All-Stars. Eastern Hancock’s Aaron Spaulding is the coach of the Mid-Eastern Conference All-Stars.

TEC Senior All-Star team: Caleb Craig and Garrett Pumphrey of Lincoln, Mason Miller and Cameron Donovan of Union County, Justin DuPree and Michael Brewer of Centerville, Isaiah Jordan-Miller and Trey Graft of Winchester, Nick Wilson and Masen Phelps of Tri, Jalen Oliver of Hagerstown and Freeman Brou of Northeastern.

MEC senior All-Star team: Addison True, AJ Muegge and Tyler Castle of Eastern Hancock, Israel Nash of Monroe Central, Jarrett Randolph and Peyton West of Wapahani, Gavin Bullock and Jake Stephenson of Wes-Del, Luke Cross and Trey Klein of Blue River, Jaden Retter of Randolph Southern and Tristan Parrish of Union.

TEC Junior All-Star team: Jalen Hillard, Caylor Fisher and Blake Hancock of Northeastern, Dante Torres and Dalton Stevens of Centerville, Cody Swimm and Noah Dale of Hagerstown, Cam Sanford and Ryan Hensley of Union County, Jose Olivo of Knightstown, Wes Mote of Union City, and Elijah Davis of Tri High.

MEC Junior All-Star team: Caleb Wissel, Zach Jessee, and Alex Wiggington of Randolph Southern, Declan Gill of Cowan, Matt Poole of Monroe Central, Caleb Smith and Easton Heffernan of Wapahani, Peyton Gray and Skyler Schrope of Eastern Hancock, Jackson Thornburg and Luke Cross of Blue River, and Chevy Bullock of Wes-Del.

The TEC-MEC All-Star game is this Saturday, April 14 at Northeastern High School.

Juniors play at 6:30 p.m., Seniors play at 8 p.m.
