In loving memory of

Christine Brown

It’s hard to believe that another year has passed since we saw you last.

This is year number five since you were alive.

Sometime it seems like yesterday since you went away.

But each Christmas comes and goes, each with its highs and lows.

Of course we all enjoy as children gain another toy.

Christmas isn’t the same, though no one is to blame.

We still hold back a tear as we wish each other good cheer.

Mom, you always made Christmas great, and that we can say and not hesitate.

We know you and Dad didn’t see it the same, but when it comes to family, you both were glad they came.

Gifts are good, you see, all under the tree, but the love that was shared, showed us that you cared.

We hope we do you proud, with the gifts we are allowed.

You are thought of much, because your spirit left its touch.

So Merry Christmas and love to both of you, for we feel we showed it too few.

Love always,

The family of

Christine Brown
