Union County’s athlete, Shelby Hill, became a Saint last week after signing with Thomas More University.

During four years at Union County, Shelby has been a dedicated year round sports performer. She has concentrated her skills to the volleyball, basketball and softball programs. At Thomas More she will split her time between academics and softball.

She likes the college and future coaches liked what they saw in her during visits in Indiana to watch her play.

Union County coach Scott Gray is pleased that another UC  softball player is taking the next step. Gray coaches Union County’s girls basketball and softball teams.

“I’m happy for her. She will get along great at Thomas More in softball and academics – she is a top-notch student,” Gray said. “I hope she gets some early playing time.”
