Liberty's newest business and ice cream shop, "The Daily Scoop," will be making the community much sweeter this summer. The Daily Scoop's grand opening is Friday, May 20 at 5 p.n. The Daily Scoop is located in the former Liberty Herald building, 1012 N. Market St."We are so excited to serve the Liberty community," owner and Franklin County resident Amy Noah said. "Everyone has been so kind and welcoming!"All of the hand-scooped ice cream and waffle cones are made right within the building and contain a 14% dairy fat content which contributes to the creamy texture and great flavor.
