Bill Allen Overshiner, 64, of Rushville, passed away Sept. 16, 2024 at his residence, in Rushvillle.

He was born in Anderson, IN, the son of the late Ida M Hunter, and William D. Overshiner.  Bill lived in Rushville and was retired from INTAT Precision Inc.  Bill loved to race and raced at the Anderson Speedway.  He also found great enjoyment in fishing.  He is survived by two daughters, Russelleen Peterson of Anderson, IN and Candice Marie Carroll of South Carolina; two sisters, Vanessa (Terry) Waldrep and Cheryl Hunter (Rick) Stigall. Three grandchildren, Eric Wilhite. Jaidah and Gretchen Carroll and his nieces and nephews also survive.
