Gregory C. Korner, Sr.

Gregory C. Korner, Sr., of Brookville was born on July 26, 1939 in Cincinnati, a son to Ernest and Gertrude (Stenger) Korner.  He married Daphne Goss on May 24, 2013 and she survives. He was a commercial electrician for many years and a union member of the IBEW #212 in Cincinnati.  Greg was also a member of the Klemmes Corner Creekside Church, and the Cinder Sniffers Train Club. His hobbies included Ham radio and working on his farm.  On Sunday, December 3, 2023, at the age of 84 he passed away at the Waters of Batesville with family by his side.

Survivors include his wife, Daphne Korner; children, John (Diana) Korner of Brookville, Michele (Steve) Wessels of Sunman, Christine (Ron) Kersey of Brookville and Juliana Korner, of Batesville. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Gregory Korner, Jr. on June 13, 2010.

In keeping with Greg's wishes, cremation was chosen without services.
