This upcoming July 22, Ed Brown will be hosting an open house for his new business, The Armory Athletics. This is a set of private training sessions he will host for individuals who want to focus on strength training. A few include Strongman, Powerlifting, and Body Building.

This program is for everyone, and the sessions are specifically created for the personal goals any individual has. This isn't a gym where you will be undergoing exhausting cardio, starve with a lettuce diet, and be given false propaganda.

This training is for those who want a physique their way and with better results. Ed states that these sessions and the overall point of his training is to promote a healthy thought process to gain the expected results.

These plans are personalized based on what the individual wants, needs, and their capabilities. There are beginner levels, and if there are those who may not be a beginner, the sessions will always have a structure with correct movement patterns to not only advance your training but do so in a safe way.

"A lot of people have high expectations with intense workouts and their rest times. They don't realize the detriment of sitting during the week and only exercising on the weekends. They can get injured, or become more prone to injury," Ed explains.

The Armory Athletics provides a healthy lifestyle as you will have consistency.

“Prices do vary and I'll be providing those at the open house. I will say that those who are seen more during the week actually cost less."

For those interested, Ed also states that his sessions are in 12-week programs with variable rates.

With a goal in mind, the programs can change if a certain goal is met. All programs will be catered to what has been achieved and what needs worked on so that individuals have balance with their training. These sessions are sports-specific to help achieve faster results.

"I have extensive experience in this type of training, and I want to encourage people, help commit people to a lifetime goal, and help them achieve the progress and results they want. With my programs, you won't feel trapped. You have options," Ed states.

Lastly, Ed is willing to take on clients at the open house and encourages those to reach out as slots will fill up quickly.

The Armory Athletics is in the strip mall down by Burkhart’s and Crimson Tattoo.
