Ned Eugene Beneker

Ned Eugene Beneker, age 67, of Brookville, died Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Margaret Mary Health in Batesville.

Born January 3, 1956 in Batesville, he was the son of the late John and Magdalene (Lamprecht) Beneker.  

Ned had attended the WATCH Center in Brookville, New Horizons Workshop in Batesville, and had also worked at Brookville McDonald’s.  He enjoyed word searches, Cincinnati Reds baseball, and being with his family.

He was a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Klemmes Corner.

Survivors include four siblings, Amy (Mike) Martino, David (Jackie) Beneker, Beth (Ron) Maxwell, and Diane (Reinhard) Weiss; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.  

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Beneker.

Family and friends visited on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 4025 Highland Center Road, Brookville.

Rev. Ladona Webb, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, officiated the funeral service at 11:00 a.m.. on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at Trinity Lutheran Church; burial followed in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.
