Robert Joseph Corrington, 90, of Liberty, passed away Saturday, September 9, 2023, at Reid Health.
Bobby was born May 4th, 1933, in Liberty to Joseph and Ann Corrington. After graduating high school, Bobby enlisted in the U.S. Navy, serving his nation proudly until his honorable discharge in 1960. Bobby retired as a mail carrier after many years of service. He was a member of the local VFW and American Legion.
He is survived by his son, Dale Corrington (Amanda) of Lewisburg Ohio, grandson, Devin Corrington of Lewisburg, many other family and friends.
Graveside service with military honors will be held at 11am, Friday, September 15, 2023, at West Point Cemetery, Liberty, Rev. Dave Fields officiating. Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Fosdick Chapel, serving the family.
