Eric Hoffman, beloved husband of 27 years to Eva Hoffman (nee Bertsch). Loving father of Jacob (Dana Branstetter) Hoffman and Chloe Hoffman. Dear brother of Troy (Mindy) Hoffman. He is survived by his parents, Gary and Sarah Hoffman and his nieces and nephews Cole (Elaine) Hoffman, Shelby Hoffman, Nina and Gracy Irvin, Clay and David Griffin. Preceded in death by his grandparents Edward and Blanche Hoffman and Roy and Dorothy Congleton. Eric passed away September 21, 2023 at the age of 57. Eric was employed at altafiber for the past 35 years, serving the greater Cincinnati area and supporting his colleagues. Eric served his community for 20+ years as a volunteer fireman for the Drewersburg Volunteer Fire Department. A visitation will be held Saturday, September 30th from 9am until time of funeral service at 12pm at the Neidhard Minges Funeral Home, 10385 New Haven Rd. Harrison, OH 45030. Burial to follow at Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Cedar Grove. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Drewersburg Volunteer Fire Department, 3072 Drewersburg Rd. West Harrison, IN 47060.
