Janet Louise Moning (nee Lay), passed away peacefully at the age of 83 on September 15, 2023. Janet was the daughter of Ralph and Margaret Lay; loving mother of Laura (Steve), Brian, Karen and Beth (Joe); devoted grandmother of Jessi, Kristen, Cash, and Lila, and great-grandmother of Annalise, Xander, Logan, Abigail, and Olivia; dearest sister to Susan (Trey) Tucker, and numerous nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by former husband and friend Tony Moning, dear grandaughter Samantha, and sister Margie. 

Memorial contributions may be made in Janet's honor to Smile Train at www.smiletrain.org.

Services for Janet will be held privately, at the convenience of the family.
