Shelby (Sheb) Graham

Shelby (Sheb) Howard Graham, 87, of Albany, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on December 14, 2024, at his home in Albany.
He was the son of the late Marion Bradley Graham and Edna Mae (Sheckles) Graham, and was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce (Baker) Graham, siblings, Cambell Graham, Willard Graham, Mabel Baxter, John Graham, Maggie VanDawson, James Graham, Betty Malee Brown and Jackie Graham.
He is survived by one sister, Dianne Preston of Louisville, his children, Don (Sherry) Graham of Mt. Washington, Kentucky, Ron (Rachelle) Graham of Columbus, Indiana, Tonya Mills of Eaton, Ohio, Dale Graham of Richmond, Rick Hartman of Richmond and Jake Hartman, also from Richmond. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
He was born in Albany, Kentucky, moved to Richmond as a young adult, and also lived in numerous places throughout Union County. He retired from Indiana Laborers Union Local 1047 in Richmond in 1995. After his retirement, Shelby and his wife Joyce moved to Albany to be closer to family and friends. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. Shelby had a kind heart, never knew a stranger and was loved by many.
Services will be held at Talbott Funeral Home of Albany, Kentucky. Visitation service will be held December 20th, 10:00am with funeral service beginning at 1:00 pm (CST) and will conclude with graveside burial service at Five Springs Cemetery, Albany, Kentucky.
