NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPRQPRIATIONS

February 1, 2024 at 9:56 a.m.

Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Union County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers of said county, County Council, at their regular meeting place at the Union County Courthouse, 26 West Union Street, Liberty, at 9:00 a.m. on Feb. 15, 2024 will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year


Union Circuit Court                                                  Additional Appropriation

1000.232.3000.14 Petit Jurors                              $6500.00


Taxpayers appearing at such meeting shall have a right to be heard thereon. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Dept. of Local Government Finance. The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriation.
