Donald Merle Derenski, Jr., of Brookville was born on November 21, 1957 to Donald and Truie Mae Derenski in Connersville. He was a graduate of Whitewater High School and went on to trade work in construction. He enjoyed spending time and making memories with his daughter and grandchildren. On Tuesday, January 30, 2024 he passed away at the age of 66, at The Waters Nursing Facility in Batesville.
Survivors left to cherish Donald's memory include his daughter, Dawn (Josh) Rosenberger; father, Donald Derenski; siblings, Daniel (Lori) Derenski, David (Krissy) Derenski, Scott Derenski and Michael Derenski; granddaughters, Myla and Kyra Rosenberger; Candace (Trevin) Bath Suding, Beth Ann Walton and Melissa Walton, who he considered daughters within his heart. He was preceded in death by his mother.
Services for Donald will be held privately at Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home 929 N. Main Street, Brookville IN. Burial to follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Mt Carmel, IN.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Donald's memory to Catch-A-Ride or Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
