Steven Roy Henninger, 67, passed away on December 23, 2023 at his residence.

One of four children of Robert Henninger and Julie Murrell Henninger, Steven was born in Connersville on October 29, 1956. Steven lived in the Laurel area for 57 years and in the Connersville area for 10 years. 

Steven was employed as a stone mason at Ben Steele Masonry and Henninger Stone Masonry. Steven also took care of Laurel North Cemetery for many years.

In his leisure time, Steven enjoyed working outside in the fresh air, fishing, playing his guitar, listening to music, singing, and playing the drums when he was younger. 

Survivors include three children, Stevie Koors, Kelly Harrod, Jerard Peters; several grandchildren; a brother, David Henninger; a sister, Kathy (Troy) Branham; childhood best friend, Bret Gerrian; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Steven was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert A. Henninger.

Friends and family may visit from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at Miller, Moster, Robbins Funeral Home. Pastor Chuck Gerrian will officiate.
