Brandon Joseph Beard, age 52, of New Trenton, passed away suddenly on January 8, 2024, in Brookville.  Born September 13, 1971, in Lawrenceburg, the son of Thomas Gunter and Angela Beard.

Brandon, a self-employed carpenter, and roofer married Kimberly Bledsoe October 30, 2021, in Manchester. Brandon was an avid musician and outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing.  Loved to watch the Bengals play, a member of NRA, Tri County Coonhunters in Batesville, and Franklin County Conservation Club.

Survived by his wife Kimberly Beard.  Father of Richard Hedger, Brooklyn Sturgill, and Gabbrielle Iles. Grandfather of Paisley, and Emma.  Also survived by his parents Thomas and Angela Gunter, siblings Shannon (Fred Garcia) Gunter, Alanna Gunter, Tommie Lynn Gunter, Sarah Jane Heinisch, Sean and Dwayne Callahan.  Brandon also leaves behind his beloved hunting companions Remi, Peanut, Sage, Chip, and Kane.

Visitation was held Tuesday, January 16, 2024, until time of funeral services at 7:00 p.m., with Pastor David Heinzelman officiating, all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home, 215 East Broadway Street, Harrison, Ohio 45030.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family c/o Jackman Hensley Funeral Home.
