Linda Kay Reeves

Linda Kay Reeves was called to be with the Lord in eternal peace at her home on January 23, 2024 at 9:49 a.m. after an extensive illness. She was born in Batesville on October 30, 1949, the daughter of James and Helen (Reed) Miller of Brookville.

Linda resided in Richmond with her fostered and beloved pets.  Linda leaves behind five children: Steve and Joy (Nichols) Hoffman of Las Vegas, Connie (Nichols) Boggs of Brookville, Allen and Stephanie (Morgan) Nichols of Oxford, Ohio, Chris and Lisa (Mikesell) Nichols of Brookville, and Thomas Nichols of Brookville, 15 grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren.  

She was preceded in death by her parents James and Helen (Reed) Miller, her sister Norma Doerflein, her brothers James Miller, Jr., Joe Miller, and Carl (Butch) Miller and one son-in-law, Jerry Boggs, all of Brookville.

The family would like to thank AseraCare Hospice, Richmond and Shelby Nichols, granddaughter, for their attentive assistance with Mom's transition.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Animal Welfare League (Richmond) or Franklin County Humane Society (Brookville). 

A private Celebration of her Life will be held at the convenience of the family.  Community Family Funeral Home, Richmond, has been entrusted with arrangements.  Send online condolences to www.communityfamilyfh.com.
