Thomas Charles Boone, Sr., “Tom”, age 73 passed away on Friday, June 28, at his home near Fredericktown, Missouri. He was born on July 31, 1950, in Batesville, Indiana to Edward E. Boone and Janice E. (Moore) Boone. He attended Brookville High School and served in the US Army. After the Army he drove a semi for McLean Trucking in Missouri.

Tom loved his family, helping anyone who needed help, and working on his 1965 Chevy truck. Tom will be greatly missed by his family and all his friends.

Tom is survived by one daughter, Bobbi Boone of Missouri, three granddaughters, Chelsie of Texas, Autumn and Summer Boone of Missouri, one grandson, Ezra Boone of Missouri, one great-grandson, Cadion Carter of Texas and one great-granddaughter, Jessica harper of Texas.

One brother John (Debby) Boone of Missouri; Four sisters Cheryl Tillison, Marquita Wilson, Beth Henninger and Kim Boone of Metamora.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Janice Boone, one son Thomas C. Boone, Jr. and wife Barbara (Edwards) Boone.

Services will be held at Wilson’s Funeral Home, Fredericktown, MO., July 3, 2024. Visitation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. interment will be in Mt. Gilard Cemetery near Fredericktown, MO. with military honors.
