Under beautiful blue skies and white billowing clouds, silent prayers were said as the hearse carrying law enforcement officer, Randy Lee Holt, drove him to his final resting place at Craven Cemetery in Milan last Tuesday afternoon. It was a solemn procession as cars stopped to honor this longtime public servant who was escorted by his fellow officers. Officer Holt served Ripley County as a law enforcement officer for more than 30 years.
