Glenn Myers Gray

Glenn Myers Gray passed away on Friday February 14, 2025 at The Springs in Richmond at the age of 78.  Glenn was born on October 09, 1946, in Hamilton, Ohio, the son of the late Jack Gray and Cassie Myers Gray Toole. 

Glenn graduated from Purdue University in 1968 with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management.  He went on to work for the Internal Revenue Service for 30 + years, retiring August 2005. After his retirement, he worked for Chris Kuehn Tax Preparations, filing taxes.  He was a longtime member of the Deer Creek Golf Club where he enjoyed playing golf.  He also enjoyed shooting sports, watching the Indy 500, NASCAR and working in his yard. 

His memory will be cherished by his sister, Judy Gray Jenkins; nephew, Mark (Teresa) Bell; niece in law, Debbie Bell; great nieces and nephews, Ryan, Erin Devan, Shyanne and Grace as well as his many neighbors and longtime friend, Dennis Zupan.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers in law, Dick Bell and Tom Jenkins, and a nephew, Kevin Bell.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to Edwards Memorial United Methodist Church or the Union County Foundation.

Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Charlie Black at Urban Winkler Liberty Funeral Home, 310 N Main Street, Liberty, on Friday February 21, 2025, at 11:00 am.  Glenn will be laid to rest at College Corner Cemetery.
