Norman Wesley Myers II

Norman Wesley Myers II age 90, of Brookville died Sunday, February 23, 2025 at Margaret Mary Health in Batesville.
Born December 16, 1934 in St. Joseph, Missouri, he was the son of the late Norman Wesley I and Geraldine Vivian (Edson) Myers. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict.
On June 20, 1955 he and the former Minnie Marie Wamboldt were united in marriage, and they enjoyed over 56 years together prior to her passing on December 5, 2011.
Mr. Myers was retired, having worked for much of his life in computer information technology. In his leisure time he enjoyed woodworking, electronics and computers, as well as traveling.
Survivors include five children, Janet Chipp of Cincinnati, Norman (Melissa) Myers III of Wilmington, Illinois; Timothy Scott Myers of Brookville, Gerrileen Rhodes of Cincinnati and Brenda Kay (John) Solzsmon of Brookville; 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and wife, Minnie, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Lucinda J. Hatem, sister, Ruth Jane Fisher, and a brother, Robert Allen Myers.
Private services will be conducted for the family.
