Seniors Derek Brimhall, Stephanie Billman and Peyton McCreary were announced as the three finalists for the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Program through the Franklin County Community Foundation.
The Franklin County Wildcats start sectional action Thursday, Oct. 13th at 6 p.m. when they take on the Connersville Spartans. In the regular season, the Wildcats lost in 5 sets to the Spartans once and lost in 3 sets another time.
CONNERSVILLE – An abbreviated 2022 season for Franklin County cross country and its team of just three male runners came to an end at Saturday's sectional hosted by Connersville.

BROOKVILLE – Thanks to field command by sophomore quarterback Will Jaisle, the Batesville Bulldogs (4-4) turned a narrow 4-point advantage in the third quarter Friday to a 34-16 final as the Franklin County Wildcats were upended on their 2022 senior night.

David Alan Muckridge was born in Richmond, to Elsie Patricia Miller Fossenkemper, and Glenn Elmer Muckridge, Jr. on Sept. 13, 1959. He graduated from Union County High School in Liberty.
