Kendra Jones Brooks was born February 14,1957 in Hamilton, Ohio to Raymond and May Jones. Passed away June 30th,  2022 in Lakeland, Florida. Graduated from Union County High School. 

In December 1976 she married Jim Brooks in Liberty. After moving to Florida she worked for Disney for 34 years as an inventory control clerk being named employee of the year twice. 

After retiring, she was a loyal volunteer at the local food pantry, also gave of her time to transport people to their doctors’ appointments or take them needed supplies. 

Her greatest joys were being a mother and a grandmother and her trips back to Indiana. 

She leaves behind to cherish her memory,  son Joshua (Tina) Brooks. Her dear little grandson James Brooks. Three sisters, Kathy (Mark) Ramey, Liberty, Karen (Jon) Faverty, Sequim, Washington, Karla (Ron) Kaufman, Richmond. Three sisters-in-law Karla Barnhizer, Sherry Leonard and Karen Brooks. Several nieces and nephews, cousins, uncles and aunts. 

She was preceded in death by her husband Jim  parents Raymond and May Jones, in- laws Carl and Marge Brooks, aunts, uncles and cousins.
