The Liberty Lions Club honored fathers last Sunday with their annual Lions Father’s Day Car Show on the courthouse square in Liberty. 

Visitors strolled among many makes and models, including tractors and motorcycles lined up in parking spaces around the courthouse on Union Street and continued around the corner on Market Street.

“We had more than 100 entries,” Liberty Lions Club president Carl Sharp said. “Really nice cars.”

The judges selected Russell Boyles’ 1954 Chevrolet as the Best of Show. 

The Lions Choice trophy went to a 1971 Cuda owned by Dustin Lucas.
