Brandon L. Banks, 46, of Brookville, died Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Carmel, following complications from surgery.

Born October 10, 1977 in Oxford, Ohio, he was the second of two children born to Henry and Lois (Million) Banks.  He was a member of the Fairfield Masonic Lodge # 98 F. & A.M..

Brandon was an IT Solutions Specialist for George’s Pharmacy in Brookville, and had also owned and operated B Computers in Brookville. In his leisure time he enjoyed fast cars, beautiful women, and was an excellent cook and connoisseur of fine food and BBQ. Those who knew Brandon best knew his personality was larger than life, his quick wit and sarcasm were second to none!  

Survivors include his father, Henry Banks of Brookville; a sister, Shelley Edler of Brookville; a niece, Emily Edler (Jonah)Terpstra of Brookville, and a nephew, Andy (Cacie) Crouch of West Chester, Ohio; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends. 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lois Banks, who died April 11, 2010; uncles Bob (Lilly) Banks and Gary Million.  

Family and friends visited on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home, where Masonic Memorial Services began at 6:00 P.M.

Pastor Mike Holman of First Baptist Church officiated the funeral service immediately following the Masonic Service on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home.  

Memorial contributions may be directed to Fairfield Masonic Lodge # 98 F. & A.M. or First Baptist Church of Brookville.
