Jesse Pohlman

Jesse Pohlman, 43, of Noblesville, was diagnosed with Leukemia on Monday March 4, 2024 and unexpectedly passed away, less than 48 hours later on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at IU Health University Hospital in Indianapolis.  He was born on December 6, 1980 in Cincinnati. Jesse was raised in Brookville by his parents, Richard and Sharon (Markus) Pohlman.

Jesse spent over 20 years in both the public and private sectors doing planning, real estate development consulting and detail management. Jesse lived his life by research and planning ;he never did anything halfway.  He was passionate about board games, gardening and his family. A patron of the board game arts, he designed games and loved to teach people complicated strategy. His gardening was neat and orderly and fueled by research. His dog Truffles worshiped him. He made the world go around. 

He is survived by his wife, Amy Pohlman; his parents; children, Odin Richardson, Evan Richardson, Aidan Richardson, Nell Richardson, Avery Pohlman, Asher Pohlman, and Adley Pohlman; siblings, Jennifer (Shawn) Mauer, Jason Pohlman, and Rachael (Gary) Retherford; and his first wife, Cassandra Pohlman.

Services were held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Randall & Roberts Fishers Mortuary, 12010 Allisonville Road in Fishers, with Shawn Mauer officiating.  Visitation was at the funeral home.
