Beneker Family Farms will gain national attention on Thanksgiving

By Cassie Garrett-

On Thanksgiving night, NewsNation is thanking farmers for the work put in to serve food from their farms to our table from 8 to 10 p.m on the premiere of "Harvest." The Beneker Family Farm, located in Franklin County, will be one of the farms featured in the premiere.

Beneker Family Farms have been feeding families in Southern Indiana's Whitewater Valley since 1884. They have earned the trust of rural communities by offering premium Angus beef, raised in a process built to last generations.

"Being your good neighbor matters," Beneker Family Farms said. "That's why Beneker Beef is naturally processed, USDA inspected, roll-stock vacuum packed, and brought directly from our farm to your table."

The show was filmed during the fall in Indiana, Wisconsin, and Minnesota to bring viewers inside the fence to meet farm families and experience the fall harvest season up close.

Harvest is a two-hour documentary dedicated to the American farmer. It celebrates the vital role farmers play in American life and underscores the significant challenges they face in the years ahead.

"Preparing the Thanksgiving table requires a lot of work. While it ends in the kitchen, it all begins on the farms and in the fields of America," commented Sean Compton, president of the Networks division of Nexstar Media Group, Inc. "Harvest will give viewers an appreciation for the dedication and work ethic of farmers across our nation."

NewsNation is available across various cable and satellite providers, streaming platforms, online, and on the NewsNationNow app. To find your best viewing option, visit https://www.newsnationnow.com/.
