Right here in Brookville, at 129 E 11th street, you will find Faith and Fitness Gym and Fuel Nutrition. Owned and operated by Danielle Butt since 2019, Faith and Fitness is a small studio gym that offers group classes. These include Tabata, Kickboxing, Toning, HIIT, and Stations. Also included are free weight, plyo box, resistance bands, weighted ropes, slam balls, and much more. Any openings Danielle has are posted on social media, and the classes run month to month.

Danielle, who grew up in Brookville and is a 2001 FCHS graduate, states, "I've always loved fitness. I wanted to provide people with a simple, easy, space to not only work out, but to also give them a boost in starting a healthy lifestyle."

While her gym was first in operation, Danielle states that the tea shop was an idea that not only coincided with her gym but was a great perk for customers overall. Fuel Nutrition debuted Aug. 27, 2022.

"The gym is small, so we only have group classes right now. But who knows what the future holds? I wanted to create a space where clients walked in and felt welcomed no matter what. Our goal is to meet people exactly where they are and help them improve their overall health. I want to provide a healthy alternative, and that's how Fuel Nutrition kickstarted," Danielle states.

The shop offers a plethora of protein shakes and teas with a large variety of flavors. Each tea is sugar free and packed with fun flavors. All shakes are low calorie, low sugar, and high protein. Danielle also states that customers are provided with caffeine-free options as well.

"My favorite shake is the Birthday Cake, and my favorite tea is Nerds," Danielle says.

Yes, you read that right. Nerds Candy is one of the top flavors of her tea. A few other examples are Strawberry Peach, Skittles, Black Widow (Black cherry), and for the kids, Wildcat. The Wildcat tea is caffeine-free, vibrant blue, and full of excitement.

Some of the protein shake flavors are White Chocolate mocha, Mint Chocolate Chip, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Birthday Cake. All protein shakes are made with Herbalife protein powder, which is packed with great flavors and zero, chalk-like consistency.

Lastly, the shop also provides small aloe shots and protein iced coffee. The aloe shots are great for healthy and improved digestion. As for the iced coffee, there are multiple flavors to choose from and each is a delicious start to your day.

If anybody is curious about Fuel Nutrition or wants to learn more, they are urged to check her out on social media (Instagram/Facebook), or to come see her in person. She is open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 7am to 2pm.
