New names in county zoning/building

The Franklin County Area Plan Commission recently approved the hiring of and received a confirmation of an offer to Kaitlin Sterwerf to replace longtime executive director Cindy Orschell.
Brian Ariens had originally accepted the position of full-time building inspector for the county but since declined the offer. John “Rudi”Rudisell was then hired for the same position by the commissioners.
For the combination position of building inspector/APC office administrator, county commissioners have selected Ailur Blair.
