Jonathan White says goodbye to George’s Pharmacy

By Cheyenne Lance-

For years, one of the most familiar faces at George's Pharmacy would be Jonathan White. No matter what you were in the pharmacy for, Jonathan was there behind the counter with a warm smile and helpful disposition.

Now, it's time to say goodbye to him. Jonathan has decided to leave George's Pharmacy so that he may dedicate more time to his other businesses. While he may be in every now and then when some help is needed, Jonathan can be found around town now.

“I've realized that the hardest part of leaving are the relationships I have built in my time here. There are so many people I have grown close to, and to those who died was a hard hit. The last thing I want is to ever disappoint the incredible friends I have made," Jonathan states, reflecting over his feelings of leaving.

Jonathan has been with George's for 14 years. This job was one he had worked so tirelessly for while in school. While attending pharmacy school, his class had been asked to write down their goals.

Jonathan's had been to "have relationships with the community like his grandpa."

“I'm leaving for my own personal growth, not because I'm unhappy. I love the people I work with, and though I won't see them as much, they can still see me around town with the realty and auction businesses. I believe that this will provide a better balance in life for me."

Jonathan will be missed at George's by his fellow co-workers and those who come to see him for any needs, but we wish him the best of luck moving forward.

Thank you for your years of admirable service at George's pharmacy, Jonathan!
