Patricia “Pat” Griffith, age 72, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on April 28, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family.  Born on January 11, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio, she is the daughter of the late William and Peggy Mote Ackerman.

Pat enjoyed cooking, knitting, going to the beach to look for seashells, and planning family events. She was an avid fan of the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals.  She treasured her simple life and valued the time spent with her family; especially going to her grandchildren's sporting events.  For 29 years she taught kindergarten at God's Little Blessings and Temple Christian School in Connersville.

Her memory and love will be cherished by her daughters, Jessica (Michael) Holman, Joy (Chris) Nicholson and Jenni (Therren Ginn) Griffith; and her sister, Carol Ackerman and her partner Diane Gallagher.  She will also be missed by her grandchildren, Jaime White, Taya Ginn, Jonathan Holman, Meghan Holman, Josiah Holman, and Lucas Nicholson.

Friends gathered with the family on Tuesday May 2, 2023 at Urban Winkler Liberty Funeral Home, 310 N Main.  Pastor John Reynolds and Pastor Kim McHale conducted services at 6:00 pm.
