Dewey Wayne Calihan

Dewey Wayne Calihan, age 73, of Brookville, died Monday, January 27, 2025 at Reid Health in Richmond.

Born July 18, 1951 in Lynch, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Clyde and Ardella (Lewis) Calihan.  He was retired from Square D in Oxford, Ohio where he had worked for many years.

In his leisure time he enjoyed fishing and golfing.

Survivors include four children, Chris (Crystal) Calihan, Samantha Brown, Jordan Brown, Katelyn (David) Williams; four grandchildren, Evan Calihan, Ian (Sydney) Calihan, Shelby (Wes) Rust, Dylan (Hope) Digges; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Wanda Reese, a brother, James R. Maggard; as well as his former spouses, Nikki Calihan and Fern Price.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Kay Bristow and Belinda Calihan; as well as his former wife, Tracie Calihan.

Family and friends visited Sunday, February 2, 2025 at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home, 1025 Franklin Avenue, Brookville.

Rev. Randy Edwards officiated the funeral service at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 2, 2025 at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home.
