His children ((Jim (Cecilia) Fohl, Nick (Lisa) Fohl, Mike (Karen) Fohl, Julie (Doug) Proud, Beth Fohl Bailey, & Shelly (Kevin) Lindley)) extend an invitation to friends and family to join us for a celebration of Jim’s life. Please come prepared to share your favorite stories.

The Celebration of Life will be held at the Cedar Grove School (behind the Holy Guardian Angels Church, 405 US 52 Cedar Grove, IN 47016).

The Memorial Service will be held at Holy Guardian Angels Church (405 US 52 Cedar Grove, IN 47016).

The family will have a private graveside ceremony immediately following the memorial service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to:
1) Holy Guardian Angels Church Cemetery fund
(Made out to St. Michaels with HGA Cemetery fund noted)
2) Alzheimer’s Association Greater Indiana Chapter
(50 E 91st St #100, Indianapolis, IN 46240)
