Warren N. Smith III, age 57, of Brookville, Indiana, went home to be with our Lord on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his beloved wife and family at his side.

Warren was born on February 25, 1964, at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Homestead, Florida, to Warren N. and Elizabeth Ann Snider Smith Jr. He graduated from Atherton High School in Louisville, Kentucky, in 1982. Warren enlisted in the Armed Forces in 1984 and proudly served as a member of the military police. Following this, he had a long career in truck driving, including working for IWX and Primex. Warren expanded his trucking career as the owner/operator of Truck and Company, Freedom Transport LLC, proudly servicing Bell Nursery in Springfield, Ohio. He was an honorable, dedicated, and hardworking man, who enjoyed the transportation industry along with his dog and faithful companion, Ursla, who rode by his side.

Warren was an active member of the American Legion Post #77 and US Concealed Carry Association (USCCA). He loved to talk politics and truly enjoyed being a teller of stories for hours with his friends and family. Warren wanted everyone to know he loved his life, family, and Lord.
