Judith Kay Baxter, age 59, of Brookville, Indiana died Monday, Dec. 13, 2021 at University of Cincinnati West Chester Hospital, following a brief illness.

Born April 3, 1962 in Connersville, Indiana she was one of four children born to John & Anne (Turner) Lockard. She lived much of her life in Franklin County and was employed as a Customer Service & Sales Representative for RDI.

In her leisure time she traveled several times each year to the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee where she enjoyed her hiking and bear 'hunting'. Family & Friends visited from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 18, 2021 at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home, 1025 Franklin Avenue, Brookville. James Turner officiated the Funeral Services at 1:00 P.M.
