Born April 3, 1962 in Connersville, Indiana she was one of four children born to John & Anne (Turner) Lockard. She lived much of her life in Franklin County and was employed as a Customer Service & Sales Representative for RDI.
In her leisure time she traveled several times each year to the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee where she enjoyed her hiking and bear 'hunting'. When she was not in the mountains, she was already planning her next trip in between swimming, watching her grandsons football games, bird watching from her porch, and spending time with family and friends. She touched so many lives with her giving heart and guidance.
Survivors include partner Mark Feemster, a daughter, Melissa Baxter (David) of Alexandria, Kentucky; her parents John & Anne Lockard of Colerain Township, Ohio; two grandsons, Logan and Kole Parrett; three siblings, Ruth Perry (Rodney) of Blanchester, Ohio, Johnny Lockard of Cincinnati, Ohio and Jo Temple (Bob) of Glenwood, Indiana.
Family & Friends visited from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 18, 2021 at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home, 1025 Franklin Avenue, Brookville. James Turner officiated the Funeral Services at 1:00 P.M.
