Erfman earns ace at Brook Hill outing

Taylor Erfman landed a hole-in-one during the first annual Franklin County High School boys and girls golf fundraiser, held June 5 at Brook Hill Golf Club.

Erfman, golfing with Marisa Mears and Tom and Anita Brandner, nailed her ace on the course’s signature No. 11 “ravine” hole. She used a sand wedge for her eagle on the Par-3 hole.

Erfman golfed for the Franklin County Lady Wildcats before going on to play for Manchester University near Fort Wayne. Graduating mid-year from MU, Erfman secured a teaching job at her FC alma mater in chemistry and biology, with math being added next year. In addition, she’s continuing her studies to earn a master’s in education from the University of St. Francis. Erfman also coaches the Franklin County Middle School golf teams.
