The rain and wind couldn't stop the Franklin County track and field teams from going down to South Dearborn and coming away with a season-opening win April 6! The girls won 71-61 and the boys 70-60.
“I want to take this opportunity to highlight some personal records that were set,” said coach Joe Davidson. “Our program lives and feeds off of self-improvement and we celebrate those improvements.”

“There is still plenty of time to improve,” said Davidson. “And the Wildcats showed an unbelievable amount of improvement.
“When you get a 'PR' it means you've never been better than that performance,” he added. “The Wildcats had 40 PRs. THAT'S 40 PERSONAL RECORDS! 40 times we were the best we've ever been. 40 times we celebrated self-improvement. 40 times we've had the performance of our life.”
