Orange County Choppers is a custom motorcycle manufacturer based in Southern California and made famous through their television show on the Discovery Channel.
They are currently hosting a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity where one person will be selected to build their own Dream Chopper alongside legendary motorcycle manufacturer, Paul Teutul Sr.
Among the contestants is Rebecca Robinson, of Brookville. If she wins, she will not only get a custom bike but will also be featured on the show.
"I'm competing to get my very own dream chopper, to meet Paul Sr and to fly on an airplane for the first time. Of course, I'd also love to be a part of the show. The last time I rode was when my father and I took his last ride together in 1999 before he passed away,” Robinson said.
Robinson has made it through multiple rounds and is in need of others to vote for her to advance.
The voting ends at 9 p.m. Thursday and this contest also serves as a fundraiser for the Hudson Valley SPCA, a no-kill animal shelter in upstate New York.
