Rolland L. Kolb, age 94 of West Harrison, passed away Monday, April 25, 2022 at home surrounded by his loving family. Born May 21, 1927 in West Harrison, the son of Raymond and Nella (Hoppins) Kolb.
Rolland, a Harrison High School graduate, married Modell Banks and was a member of American Legion Post #199 and AM Vets Post # 13. He was a machinist at Campbell Hausfeld, retiring after 36 years.
Rolland is survived by his children Cheryl (Skip) Hammonds, JoAnn (Bob) Black, Raymond Kolb, Norma (Walt) Wilson, Roger (Kathy) Kolb and Freda (Jim) Huber. Grandfather of 19, great-grandfather of 53 and great-great-grandfather of two.
Preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Nellie Kolb, wife Modell Kolb, his brothers Kenneth and Paul Kolb and Raymond's companion Susan Lowrie.
Visitation was held Sunday, May 1, 2022 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Funeral services Monday, May 2, 2022, 11:00 A.M. with Pastor David Chakranayan officiating, all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home 215 Broadway Street Harrison, Ohio 45030.
Burial with military honors provided by United States Army and Harrison Funeral Detail at Gibson Cemetery, Bright with Pastor Stephen Sapp officiating.
