Union County participated in the Northeastern Knight Invitational Friday with eight other track and field teams. UC was 6th on the boys side with 45 points while the Lady Patriots placed 3rd (89). NE and Winchester were respective winners.

Scoring for the Pat boys: Landon Pearson (7th-200; 25.78); Pearson (2nd-400; 55.05); Pearson (8th-110 hurdles; 20.82); Ty Elleman (3rd-300 H; 45.92); 4x800 relay (3rd Caden Coffman, Brad Meadows, Jack Hodgkin, Elleman-9:57.19); Meadows (3rd-high jump; 5 ft. 4 in.); Logan Harris (3rd-long jump; 19-1.5); Nick Watterson (3rd-shot put; 37-7); Watterson (5th-discus; 111-2).
