David Tuttle

David Tuttle, age 70, of Brookville, died Monday, October 30, 2023 at Reid Hospital in Richmond.

Born November 10, 1952 in Knox County, Kentucky, he was one of three children born to the late Jimmy and Emily (Smith) Tuttle.  On July 15, 1971 he was united in marriage to Judy E. Messer, and she survives. 

David was employed for over 51 years at the former Square D in Oxford, Ohio, retiring from its successor, Schneider Electric.  In his leisure time he enjoyed riding motorcycles, watching Westerns, and shooting muzzleloaders. 

He had been a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church in Liberty.

In addition to Judy, his loving wife of over 52 years, he is survived by a sister, Linda (Mike) Jones of Corbin, Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by his parents, as well as a brother, Dale Tuttle.  

Family and friends visited on Monday, November 6, 2023 at Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home, 1025 Franklin Avenue, Brookville.

Graveside services were conducted at 1:30 p.m., Monday, November 6, 2023 at Sims Cemetery in New Fairfield.
