Erma Marie Egner, age 100, of Peach Grove, Ohio died Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at her residence  surrounded by her loving family.

Born December 29, 1923 in Cincinnati, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Marie (Downard) Anderson.  On November 4, 1942 she was united in marriage to William Egner in Little Rock. When William returned from the war, they began their own family, building a life of joy on the farm. Erma had a love of travel and a grand sense of adventure. She enjoyed the company of others and never knew a stranger. New acquaintances were treated like dear friends. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her love and generosity, especially when it came to her family, knew no bounds. She is loved fiercely and will be missed dearly.

Besides her parents, and beloved husband, William, she was preceded in death by her infant grandson, Christopher Egner, as well as two brothers, Tom Anderson and Louis Anderson.

Burial at Holy Guardian Angel Cemetery and a celebration of Erma's beautiful life will be held at the firehouse in Cedar Grove in the spring. Friends and family will be notified when plans are finalized.
