A three-way track and field meet including Union County, Seton Catholic and Union City boys and girls teams on April 26 resulted in the Union County girls earning first place (82), Seton Catholic second (53), and Union City third (13).

The Union City boys finished first (56), Union County second (48) and Seton Catholic third (39).

The Patriot boys were first in the 4x800m relay, and the girls won the 4x100m, 4x400m and 4x800 relays.

On the track, Lady Patriots winners were freshman Katie McCashland (100m), Carly McCashland (400m),  Sienna Garrett and Haley Alcorn finished first and second respectively in the 200m, Johanna Nelson (3200m).

Off the track, Libby Page was first in the high jump, Katie McCashland won the long jump, Brooklyn Vauthier and Peyton Shepler finished first and second respectively, in the shot put.

 
In the boys events, Jack Hodgkin won the 3200m run, Reece Watterson won the shot put and discus throws.

Next meet
The Patriot boys and girls teams are entered in the 13-team Tiger Booster Invitational tomorrow  Friday, May 6, at Hagerstown.
